Before you apply for an account, you must make sure

• You are over the age of 18
• You have a valid ID or Passport
• You are currently employed or earning an income
• You are contactable by a cellphone number
• You have a postal or residential address
  
• You have obtained permission from your spouse to conclude this agreement, if married in community of property or by way of customary law.

Account fees

• Initiation fee: up to R40.00 once off
  
• Monthly service fee up to R19.00pm
  
• Monthly service fee may increase without notice
  
• The initiation fee and service fee will be determined by the credit facility issued
• The credit facility is only available to applicants living and working within the borders of the Republic of South Africa and is currently not available in neighboring Countries (Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe).

Cellular

• Cellular products and the purchase of airtime on account is only available to 6/12 month account holders.
